Works undertaken:
- Drain and divert water from loch
- Make temporary road using logs for machines to gain access over soft ground
- Remove silt and reshape the loch
- Landscape for natural look
- Remove divert and fill loch
Pete’s guys did a great job working on very soft and wet ground. The work was carried out quickly and efficiently with minimal mess. The area was reinstated to a great standard to blend in with the surrounding areas.
Retaining wall
Type: 180m reinforced concrete retaining wall

- Building textured timber shuttering panels
- Installing and bracing on pre drilled rock anchors
- Pumping concrete over buildings and laying
- Stripping shutters and installing on next section
Allt Eilidh – Grid Connection
Type: Grid connection
Location: SSEN on Forestry & Land Scotland estate
Client: SSEN and private
Works undertaken:
- 1.5Km buried private cable and fibre cables including numerous buried burn crossings and one cable bridge
- 200m DNO Buried cable
- Access and clearing on 4Km overhead line upgrade
- Installation of substation and base
- All reinstatement including cable crossing points
